Josh Reinhart, MD grew up in Northwest Austin, went away for medical education and training, and then returned to Northwest Austin. He is a graduate of Westwood High School, Texas Lutheran University, and UTMB Galveston School of Medicine. He completed Internal Medicine Residency at UTMB Galveston in June 2010 and then accepted a full time position at Family Medical Center. He has moved back to this area to settle down, be near his family, and build a lifelong practice. Dr. Reinhart spent a year abroad before medical school and is proficient in verbal and written Spanish. His academic interests include general adult medicine, primary care, geriatrics, diabetes, and hypertension. His hobbies include guitar, singing, songwriting, movies, reading novels in Spanish, and spending time with his family. He finds clinic medicine to be rewarding, enjoyable, and meaningful.
