Amy Kowalski, CNS is a Board Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist, focusing on Adult Health.
Amy graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She later attended The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her RN, and graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing. Before becoming a CNS, Amy enjoyed working as an acute care psychiatric RN at Austin State Hospital. There she focused on disease awareness, complex treatment modalities, and drug rehabilitation. In her transition to Family Practice, Amy’s interests have expanded to Hypertension, Diabetes, and Women’s Health.
In her spare time, Amy’s loves spending time with her husband, and two Labrador pups. She also enjoys yoga, running, gardening, and continuously learning from others.
